Additional Information:

  • Vehicle Usage: The vehicle will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use or beyond the scheduled program.
  • Travel Documents (within India):
    Adults:
    Carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, Voter ID, PAN card, or Driving License).
    Minors: A school/college ID card is acceptable when traveling with parents or guardians.
  • Luggage Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or damage during the trip.
  • Departure & Reporting Time: All travelers must report at the designated pickup point 30 minutes prior to departure and stay in touch with the trip coordinator(s) for updates.
  • Code of Conduct: Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. We strive to maintain a respectful and enjoyable travel environment for all participants.
  • Mobile Connectivity: Ensure your phone is charged and has active talk time/data balance. Network may be limited in remote areas.
  • Cash: Carry enough cash for personal expenses—ATMs may not be accessible in remote locations.
  • Eco-Friendly Travel: Bring a reusable water bottle or flask to avoid single-use plastic.
  • Wet Wipes & Sanitizer: Carry personal hygiene essentials like wet wipes and hand sanitizer.
  • Medication: Don’t forget your regular medication and a small personal first-aid kit.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancelation Charges to bear as per the below Schedule:
  • 25% of the full amount to be paid if cancellation is made 15 days or more before the trip starts.
  • 50% of the full amount to be paid if cancellation is made 8 to 15 days before the trip starts.
  • 100% of the full amount to be paid if cancellation is made 7 days before the trip starts.
  • All applicable cancellation refund will be made within 10 days of raising the concern.

Payment Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION: The registration is open to all on first come first serve basis. After confirmation of the package, deposit the 50% amount of the Total Package Costing. The balance amount is payable seven days prior to the scheduled departure or before. Delayed payments will attract penalties.
